Main Responsibilities:

1. Checking the payment applications and invoices received.
2. Accepts cash, checks or bank acceptance for payment, completes check and bank transactions according to established process
3. Update cash & bank status on daily basis
4. Maintain the payment application files for foreign currency
5. Issuing VAT invoices and receipts against payments
6. Maintain the records of invoices properly.
7. AP/AR payment and recording for both IC and thirds
8. Maintain the records in SAP
9. Assist accounting team leader to final the monthly accounting reports in SAP.
10. Weekly cash flow statement to management
11. Weekly cash forecast statement to Group
12. Checking the payments need to be charged back to OEMs and issue the cost invoice
13. Binding the vouchers monthly
14. Assist in annual audit
15. Preparing the bank reconciliation and checking the output Tax difference between SAP and E-tax at the end of month

Skill/ Knowledge / Ability:

- Knowledge of basic accounting rules
- Skill in handing and counting cash
- Basic skill of SAP
- English
- Soft communication skill with both internal colleagues and external relations.
