描述：
1. 课程的教授及提供教育咨询，能用富有表现力的方式进行授课，保证授课质量；
2. 认真服务学员，做好升班的沟通及交接工作；
3. 主动与外教沟通交流教学方法并提前告知外教教学计划；
4. 能配合外教完成课程的准备和课中、课后的其它工作；
5. 积极做好学员的回访及维护工作，尽量杜绝延课现象；
6. 建立家长与中心之间沟通、联系的渠道，并做好续费工作；
7. 协助销售部完成每月销售目标，并挖掘潜在客户；
8. 配合及参与Nutty Scientists或总部提供的在职训练；
9. 教具、教室等硬件维护工作；每日清洁当日使用教具

要求：
1. 英语口语流利，师范类、英语专业优先；
2. 有一年以上幼儿教学经验；
3. 工作认真负责，乐于学习新事物、耐心仔细；
4. 强烈的为客户服务意识，能承受工作压力，工作积极主动，责任心强；
5. 对幼儿教育有热情，性格活泼，有一定的表演能力,灵活勤快；
6. 优秀的沟通,协调能力，具有亲和力；
7. 为人诚信，吃苦耐劳，对于目标坚持不懈，活泼、开朗、热情；
8. 良好的团队合作精神；
9. 能够接受周末上班（做五休二）；
10. 男女不限；

Job description：
1. Teach the children and provide related consultation. Be able to teach with expressive actions and make sure teaching quality
2. Serve the children carefully. Make sure a good job in reception and the communication of going up
3. Communicate with the foreign teachers on your own initiative about teaching methods. And tell foreign teachers the teaching plans in advance
4. Cooperate with foreign teachers with the preparation work and other work during or after teaching
5. Do the reciprocal visit and the maintenance work actively. Try to avoid the phenomenon of delay.
6. Establish channels of the communication between parents and our center. And also do the work of renewal
7. Assist the sales department to achieve the monthly sales target and find potential customers.
8. Cooperate and take part in the on-the-job training which Nutty Scientists or the general headquarters put forward.
9. Do the work of the maintenance of teaching aids and the classroom well. And clean the teaching aids every day

Position requirements：
1. Be fluent in spoken English. Normal school graduates and English major students are preferred
2. There is more than one year experience in teaching children.
3. Work with a serious attitude. Willing to learn new things and be patient
4. With a strong sense to serve customers. Be able to take work-related stress. Work on your own. And possess a sense of responsibility.
5. Be passionate about early childhood education. With open personality. Has a certain ability to perform and be flexible
6. Has good communication and inter-personal skills and be kind
7. Be honest and hard-working. Adhere to the target. And be outgoing, cheerful and enthusiastic
8. With a good teamwork spirit
9. Accept to work over the weekend. (work five days every week)
