职位描述
描述：
1. 协助Nutty Scientists的品牌推广、完成课程销售工作
2. 协助课程主管组织实施月、年招生计划；完成每月销售计划、并跟踪执行过程及结果
3. 接听家长咨询电话并邀约来访、接待Walk-in来访家长，给家长和学生提供咨询服务，并达成课程销售；
4. 负责客户的签约、协助排班等相关工作；
5. 积极推进在读学员的推荐转介绍，并达成课程销售；
6. 协助家长取得需要的各种客户服务（调班、请假、活动安排、育儿咨询等）；
7. 协助教务部门提高教学质量；
8. 即时进行数据的录入和统计分析工作，提高工作效率。
9. 协助教务部门提高教学质量，并协助行政文员做好校区的环境整理；
10. 配合及参与Nutty Scientists或总部提供的在职训练；
要求：
1. 良好的电脑运用能力（MS Word, Excel, powerpoint）,能够很快学会新软件的使用；
2. 有良好的语言组织表达能力和应变能力，有销售或咨询经验者优先；
3. 具备销售意识，能承受工作压力，能有效合理安排时间并保证既定目标的实现；
4. 喜欢与孩子们相处，愿意真正站到家长和孩子的角度考虑问题并为他们解决困难或给出建议；
5. 较强的学习能力，积极进取的工作态度 ，不断提升自身能力；
6. 良好的团队合作精神，具备较强的学习能力；
7. 能够在压力下工作，完成每月指标；
8. 能够接受周末上班（做五休二）；
9. 男女不限；
Job description：
1. Help Nutty Scientists with the brand promotion. And finish the job in sales..
2. Help our manager with the sales target. Finish the work of the sales plan of every month and trace the process and the result.
3. Answer the phone for parents’ consultation. Make the phone call to our customers and greet customers who walk in. And offer consultation services for both parents and children to achieve the sales target.
4. Answer for the related work about signing and making arrangement according to class and grade.
5. Promote the shift of children’s recommendation into introduction to achieve the sales goal.
6. Help the parents to acquire all kinds of services. (changing a class, asking for leave, activity arrangement, parenting consultants, etc.)
7. Assist the Instructor department to improve the quality of teaching.
8. Entering data in time is necessary and so it is with the work of statistical analysis. Make sure to improve the work efficiency.
9. Assist the reception with the work of school environment.
10. Cooperate and take part in the on-the-job training which Nutty Scientists or the general headquarters put forward.
Position requirements：
1. With good computer skills（MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint）. And be able to use new software quickly
2. Has the competence to express and organize language properly. Working experience in sales and consultation will be an asset
3. It should be a person with awareness of sales who can work under pressure, a person who can schedule his time and ensure the realization of goals.
4. Like to be with kids and be willing to consider and solve problems for the parents and the children and offer proposals for them
5. Has a strong ability to learn, and a positive work attitude and willing to upgrade capabilities continuously
6. With a good teamwork spirit, and has a strong ability to learn.
7. Be able to work under pressure to complete the monthly index
8. Accept to work over the weekend. (work five days every week)
9. Both male and female is OK
