Job Description & Responsibilities
1. Work in an international structure based in Shanghai office, to build and support systems deployed in Asia Pacific.
2. Discuss with Project Manager to understand system requirements, estimate development workload and planning.
3. Design, develop, test and deliver website + services oriented program based on Microsoft platform (c#, WCF, SQL Server).
4. Investigate issues, debug and fix code defects and deliver packages.
5. Closely work with regional hosting team to properly deploy and monitor the applications
6. Write and maintain technical documentations (analysis, APIs, operations guide)
7. Roll-out application.

Requirements
1. Above 3 years professional in software design, development, testing, and documentation in Microsoft environment
2. Working knowledge of software development lifecycles and their utilization in software development projects.
3. Proficient in the use of Microsoft development tools including: Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 or above, .Net 4.0/4.5, C#, high concurrency services oriented programing, multi-threads programing, and windows service programing, WCF, OOP techniques and methodologies, multi-layers (data layer, business layer, and user interface layer, etc.) architecture.
4. Proficient in Database design and programming: high performance SQL statement/procedure based on MS SQL Server 2008/2012.
5. Proficient in web developments asp.net web forms, Javascript, JQuery, CSS and CSS frameworks
6. Experienced using Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft Office.
7. Strong problem solving ability, analytical and design skills along with the ability to meet deadlines.
8. Bank system, such as acquire or payment system, account/card system experience is a strong plus.
9. Good sense of communication, ability to work constructively within a collaborative team in an international environment.
10. Good practice of written and verbal communication in English.
