Job Responsibilities:

? Support day to day payroll service while serving as the subject matter expert for payroll process, and ensure timely and accurately delivery in a fast-paced environment.
? Review and support payroll process to meet all internal and external regulation. Ensure productivity increase with continue emphasis on quality.
? Review, reconcile and substantiate entries to the general ledger accounts for payroll and accrual purposes.
? Verify payroll accounting and general ledger reports, as well as monitor the processing checklist and calendar, tax calculation and other payroll related responsibilities.
? Work closely with payroll manager on developing payroll system to ensure internal controls and facilitate the implementation and maintenance of payroll system.
? Document payroll process documentation in detail and train team members to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
? Support payroll system testing to ensure accurate calculations.
? Lead continuous process improvement efforts to increase efficiency and assure compliance .
? Supports satisfactory posture on all related records, reports, computations and audits, including periodic external audit and internal audit.
? Performs other related duties as the Payroll Manager may deem necessary.

Required Qualifications:

? Bachelor’s degree in business related field.
? Minimum five years of payroll experience; knowledge of China/Shanghai payroll rules and regulations.
? Proven data mining, research and analytical skills.
? Solid understanding of the entire payroll cycle including processing salaries and social benefits in China.
? Good understanding of the local payroll tax and compliance is required.
? Computer proficiency, Microsoft Word, Excel, database applications and a Windows environment
? Good oral and written communication skills; ability to speak Mandarin and English is essential to service China and Multinational employees.
? Demonstrated strong partnering, written presentation, facilitation, teamwork, and mentoring skills.
? Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, meet deliverables, and adapt to change under tight deadlines.

Desired Qualifications:

? MBA or CPA Technical knowledge of SAP Time and Payroll modules. Proven ability to work with an international organization to gather requirements for system enhancement or updates.

? 进行薪资系统测试，确保计算精确
? 带领团队不断改进工作，提高效率、确保合规
? 出色完成所有相关记录、报表、运算和审计，包括定期的内外部审计
? 其它相关的薪酬运营事务




要求资质:

? 商务领域相关专业学士学位
? 至少五年的薪资方面工作经验；熟悉中国/上海薪资方面的法律法规
? 扎实的数据挖掘、研究和分析技能
? 充分了解整个薪资核算过程，包括中国的薪资和社会福利核算
? 熟知并遵守本地工资税的相关规定
? 熟练使用电脑，包括微软Word和Excel软件，数据库应用和Windows系统
? 出色的口头和书面沟通技巧；熟练运用普通话和英语服务中国及其他国籍员工
? 极强的伙伴合作、书面表达、协同带动、团队合作和监察的能力
? 能够独立工作，处理多项优先级任务，交付工作成果，积极应变

? 掌握SAP系统的时间和薪资模块的技术知识。能够与其它国家的团队组织进行协作，了解需求，以对系统进行改进或更新
