5.具备基本的英语沟通能力。

职位描述：

1.运用专业的销售技巧，主动积极地做好销售工作；

2.热情接待客户咨询，了解客户需求。有针对性的介绍推广，以达成销售；

3.及时处理客户投诉，并做好客诉的跟踪和反馈；

4.确保店面的运营顺畅，有效，标准和专业；提升客户服务质量。
