Job Description:

？ Report Line: R&D Director China

？ Responsibilities:

○ Hotline for CAD / PDM users incl. advice / guidance at user problems (China);

○ Review of regulatory compliance of CAD data within the SmarTeam workflow;

○ Compilation of training content and holding of CAD / PDM training at Grammer locations (also in English);

○ Special tasks in individual cases:

？ Basic CAD and PDM license management in coordination with Global Engineering Services in Headquarter;

？ Data exchange with the client regarding compliance of customer criteria;

？ Editing of the R&D Intranet Website (design manuals, guidelines, etc.);

？ Administrative tasks in the PDM system SmarTeam;

？ Administration data exchange software IDAUS, Hüngsberg, cFolders;

？ Manage of data exchange processes according to customer specifications in SmarTeam - environment, formulation of requirements for programmers, acceptance of programming;

？ Manage the knowhow during product development and product life cycle;

？ Manage internal R&D management documentations.

Job Specification / required skills:

？ Bachelor degree, major in mechanical Engineering or equivalent degree;

？ At least 1 years of experience in CAD / PDM work;

？ Needs to be familiar with 3D CAD (CATIA V5, NX) and PDM;

？ Skillful in office software, familiar with Catia or UG CAD software;

？ Needs to be customer-orientated (and be able to communicate directly to our customers);

？ Needs to be independent and self-motivated with strong desire to success;

？ Good in English, German preferred;

？ Good team player;

？ Communicating and conveying information effectively.
