职位描述
Objective of the Position
? Provide a safe working environment for all employees, contractors and visitors and to achieve continuous improvement in Health, Safety and the Environment (HSE) and in Energy efficiency
? Achieve a high level of HSE awareness by ensuring that risks in the workplace are properly controlled and that impacts on the environment are minimized
Accountabilities
? Drive the HSE mind-set and culture at the site
? Planning and implementation of site-specific HSE objectives, programs and promotional
activities that will improve the HSE awareness and performance
? Coordinate and implement the HSE relevant Global EBOS-processes and develop additional
needed site specific HSE procedures
? Understand HSE challenges and opportunities and clearly propose and communicate
solutions to the site stakeholder base to change HSE behavior deeply
? Devise, supervise, and coordinate HSE training programs
? Assist line management to conduct HSE hazard and risk assessments
? Conduct target HSE audits/inspections
? Development and implementation of local emergency response procedures and evacuation plans
? Maintain records of HSE performance statistics for site management/corporate functions.
? Follow on new relevant HSE legislation and continuously check the HSE legal compliance
? Act as the point of contact for local HSE authorities
? Is the management representative according to ISO 14001 and/or ISO 18001 (in case these
? certification are pursued by the plant) and thus the warrant that all standards and procedures are respected, with special focus on HSE subjects
Requirement Profile
? Fluent in spoken and written English
? Bachelor degree on engineering
? 5+years working experience in an automotive manufacturing multinational company
? 3+ years experience on HSE Management System or relative HSE function
? Interpersonal skill, communication & coordination skill
? Teamwork
? Be able to solve problem independently
