Installation of difficult and extensive tests and trials in-house and at customer site:
? Arrange testing and inspection work according to priorities. Planning of audits, investigations, individual tests and test series on workpieces, components, products, materials, etc. according to general instructions and in compliance with economic aspects.
Execution and evaluation of difficult and extensive tests in-house and at customer site:
? Perform single and endurance tests as well as test series. E.g. to determine the reliability, strength, susceptibility to wear, surface quality and composition with complex experimental setups and testing techniques, depending on numerous, mutually influencing parameters. Check schedules and adjust if necessary. Make calculations.
Perform startup and service work in-house and at customer site:
? Connect equipment and systems to existing systems and start-up, perform initial operation, test, optimize and adjust functions. Explain the functionality to the Customer. Execute the approval, replace parts and modules as well as make correction settings based on characteristic values. Ensure the meeting of deadlines. Modify, repair and maintain equipment and systems. Determine the technical condition of the equipment and systems. Advice customers on preventive maintenance if necessary. Perform the agreed services according to the service contracts. In case of warranty clarify the root cause, determine the damage / repair volume and forward for decision. Discuss operation sequence, workmanship, etc. with other trades on site. Give suggestions for improving the service opportunities (e.g. better control options, different maintenance intervals). Keep records on error causes, source of interference as well as maintenance and repair activities. Assign calibration of test devices to internal / external bodies.
