Principal Accountabilities:

1. Responsible for the quality control of power systems products, including finish goods, in-process, incoming quality.

2. Develop quality control documentation for production, (IP, Quality Control Plan, Product Audit Test Plan, Inspection Records, etc.), and ensure the implementation of the quality documents.

3. Responsible for continuous quality improvement: customer complaint reduction, internal scrap reduction, etc.

4. Problem analyze and solving for products both in-house and customer feedback.

5. Handle the quality complaints from the customers.

6. Support inspector training activities

7. Work on any other duties and projects assigned by the direct superior

8. Support some SQE work

Experience And Training Required To Perform Job:

This position requires the following:

1. Bachelor's degree of engineering

2. 3+ quality engineer working experience is required.

3. Necessary knowledge of quality management

4. Strong interpersonal and communication skill.

5. Integrity, proactive, and with accountability

6. Willing to work in workshop.

7. Fluent oral, reading and writing English.
