开关柜电气设计工程师

Job Descriptions:
Include but not limited the following activities:
· Design and development of the electrical switchgear product (mainly medium voltage switchgear for secondary distribution) to fulfill all required technical specifications
· Initiate and carry out project planning and be capable for new product development
· Work with global team and other functions on design reviews and product improvement
· Able to carry out systematic problem solving and to respond swiftly to identify the root cause and come up with solution
· Together with the Procurement Team investigate and evaluate vendor suitability. Formulate and carry out test programs to establish vendor capability and specification fulfillment both during product trial run and ongoing production
· Provide timely and comprehensive product engineering support for related manufacturing operations
· Provide training and share knowledge and experience with technical colleagues
· Support R&D teams for material definition & development
· Participate in strategic projects related to materials
· Support creating internal standards for material screening & testing verification
· Support on supplier assessment & qualification
· Coordinate materials development resources internally and externally
· Other tasks appoint by manager

Background / Education Requirements
Education Level:
· Bachelor or above and Major in mechanical or electrical engineering
Major/ Specialty:
· Major in mechanical or electrical engineering. 本科以上学历，机械、电气相关专业
· Technical knowledge of Medium Voltage Products and Equipments 具备中压产品设备相关技术知识
· Direct design experience in secondary distribution switchgear is required 需要有二次配电开关设备的设计经验
· Direct experience with circuit breaker is desirable 断路器相关经验
· NPI project management skill and NPI design tools are preferred NPI项目管理及NPI设计工具
· Very familiar with manufacturing processes and having detailed understanding of product quality control熟悉生产制造过程和产品质量控制
· At least 3 years in closely related fields 至少3年相关领域工作经验
General experience:
· Capacity to work in complex environment, and to support high challenges
· Demonstrate strong team working spirit and effective communication
· Experience in multi-national company project, work with global team is a plus
· Sufficient English skill, including spoken and written English
· Good CAD skill, including Inventor, AutoCAD. FEA experience is a plus
