职位描述
岗位职责：
1. 通过QQ和邮件为国内外客户提供交易支持服务.
2. 遵循标准操作流程和并保证服务质量.
3. 按时完成各类报表和数据统计.
4. 收集并整理各大游戏网站的相关数据.
5. 其它分配的任务.
Tasks & Responsibilities
1. Provide support to domestic and foreign customer through QQ & email.
2. Follow up the standard operating procedures and quality assurance processes;
3. Complete the data analysis and report on time.
4. Collect the relevant data from major game website
5. Other task as assigned.
岗位要求：
1. 大专学历.
2. 熟练的英文沟通能力（读，写）；表达要求：清楚、正确、可理解的.
3. 工作努力，态度积极，有责任心，有团队精神.
4. 要有很强的多任务处理能力和解决问题的能力.
5. 必须有基本的电脑操作能力，熟悉Office软件者优先.
6. 有客服工作经验者优先, 对多人在线游戏和电子商务有丰厚的兴趣和熟悉者优先.
Requirements
1. College graduate;
2. Excellent English communication (reading, writing) in a clear, concise, understandable manner;
3. Hardworking, positive attitude, responsible team player;
4. Strong multi-tasking and problem solving skills;
5. Basic computer skills a must, MS Office knowledge an advantage;
6. Prior experience in Customer Service field preferred but not essential;
7. Interest and familiarity with massively multiplayer online games and the e-commerce industry is a big plus;
