职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. To support SSC Manager for integration tasks.
2. To liaise with local vendor for admin process.
3. To support SSC HR central function for daily operation process.
4. To support SSC HR service team administration activities.
5. Support SSC HR central service team to guarantee high-quality, include: newcomer onboard, contract preparation, contract signing, contract extension, probation.
6. Consistently seek to maintain the integrity of client and employee data.
7. Maintain and adhere to quality controls throughout the staffing process as defined by Sinarmas - Food China and Client.
8. Conduct timely and accurate processing of cyclical events including month end, quarter end, and year end related activities.
9. Participate in testing and validation as required for product updates and cyclical processing events (such as year-end processing.
10. The Ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager for the business requirement.
Requirements:
1. Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
2. Strong HR staffing experience in MNC and familiar with employee relationship related legislations.
3. Good HRIS skill or Excel skill.
4. SAP HR system skill is a plus.
5. Good English language skill.
