职位描述
工作职责：
1. 同时领导多个项目和多个开发团队成员；
2. 负责内部软件项目关键步骤的开发；
3. 指导业务需求，系统规范，项目计划，软件和用户文件以及策略和操作步骤的制订；
4. 在规定时间和预算下，完成高质量的功能正确的软件；
5. 作为软件用户和IT人员之间的纽带；
6. 对进行中的项目及有待解决的问题定期提交进展报告；
7. 领导IT团队成员，规划成员的职业发展；
8. 积极主动地管理解决项目开发中的问题；
9. 工作自律，有计划性的规划和完成日常任务；
10. 保持专业的态度和行为。
Responsibilities:
1. Lead multiple projects and development teams
2. Assume responsibility for the creation of critical in-house software projects
3. Direct the effort to define business requirements, system specifications, project work plans, software and user documentation, and local policies and procedures
4. Deliver high quality software on time, on budget, with the correct functionality
5. Serve as primary liaison between business users and IT staffs
6. Provide regular status reports of on-going projects and issues
7. Assume responsibility for leading IT team members and managing their career growth
8. Be proactive in the management and resolution of project issues
9. Be autonomous and self-directed with the planning and management of daily tasks
10. Maintain a professional presence and demeanor
职位要求：
1. 计算机科学、信息系统管理或相关专业学士学位，硕士学位优先；
2. 要求对Microsoft SQL Server和.Net 环境有技术规划层次的理解；
3. 有用.NET, ASP和SQL Server进行网页开发设计的相关经验，近期从事此类工作者优先；
4. 熟练运用MS Office办公软件，必须会MS Project和MS Visio；
5. 有应用软件开发方法学、优秀软件设计原则的经验，必须熟悉数据库架构；
6. 有电子商务，订单流程，客户服务等其他相关职能的经验；
7. 领域至少8年工作经验，3年以上管理经验；
8. 具备客户至上的理念以及“我能”的工作态度；
9. 流利的英语和普通话说写能力。
Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related discipline; post-bachelor’s degree appreciated
2. Technical planning-level knowledge of the Microsoft SQL Server and .Net environment is required
3. Experience in the development of web-based applications using.NET, ASP, and SQL Server is required; recent hands-on experience is preferred
4. Experience with MS Office applications, MS Project, and MS Visio is essential
5. Experience in applying software development methologies, good software design principles, and database architectures is mandatory
6. Experience in eCommerce, order processing, customer service, or other related business functions is required
7. At least 8 years experience in the information technology field; at least three years in a supervisory role
8. A customer service approach and a “can do” attitude are essential
9. Fluent command of spoken/written English and Mandarin is mandatory
