职位描述
岗位职责
1. 参与需求评审挖掘性能测试需求、制定性能测试方案、负责测试脚本开发
2. 评估性能测试风险，编写测试报告
3. 实施测试并分析、定位性能瓶颈，推动问题解决
4. 搭建、维护性能测试环境
岗位要求 ：
1. 3年以上B/S架构软件产品性能测试经验
2. 至少掌握Loadrunner等2种性能测试工具，熟悉服务器、数据库、web server等全方位监控
3. 熟悉Windows/Linux操作系统，能准确定位系统瓶颈
4. 工作积极主动，乐于专研，认真细致，执行能力强，有良好的学习能力和团队合作精神
