PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Assist the Manager to formulate plans and strategies for new fund initiatives in China. To support all fund and investment structuring, and management activities as required.

? Structuring new funds (including fund analysis and modelling) and execute all operational matters to ensure the successful set-up of the funds (Off-shore funds)
? Involve in real estate investment evaluation and management of asset portfolios of the funds
? Prepare/write fund reports (in English) and other fund-related documentation to overseas investors on quarterly basis and as and when may be necessary
? Assisting in meetings and following up with other departments and investors
? Assisting and managing real estate investments and divestments, and undertaking asset due diligence
? Assist in other ad hoc assignments including due diligence in relation to business partners selection, acquisition or divestments


Education

? Candidates should have Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Investment or relevant discipline, preferably with CFA

Job related experience

? Minimum 3 years of relevant real estate investment experience
? Past experience in assisting in off-shore funds management

Knowledge

? Strong knowledge for the commercial and business park, industrial Real Estate markets and funds
? Good familiarity of the real estate industry (including necessary approvals by the local authorities for real estate projects) and market competition.

Skills

? Very strong financial modelling skills for real estate investments
? Excellent written and oral skills both in English and Mandarin
? Good organizational skill with strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines and work under intense pressure
? Analytical, resourceful, able to analyse numbers and handy with Microsoft office tools
? Able to work independently
