工作职责
Key Responsibilities
1.领导并组织财务咨询团队为外资客户提供会计及税务咨询服务；
Lead and organize accounting team to provide accounting and tax consulting service to foreign clients;
2.指导团队成员妥善保管客户会计凭证、帐簿、报表等档案资料，做好月度文件归档工作
Supervise team member to maintain and securely store the accounting vouchers, accounts and other documents of the clients, finish monthly accounting filing work
3.定期审核团队成员工作，确保团队成员按照国家会计制度的规定，记帐并制作财务报表；
Timely review team members’ work, ensure bookkeeping, accounting and reporting is made in accordance with applicable accounting regulations of P.R.C;
4.负责团队成员的会计知识技能专业培训，定期进行培训评估；
Conduct professional accounting training to team member, regularly deal with training assessment;
5.负责与政府财税部门、银行、会计事务所以及相关客户之间的沟通;
Responsible for communication with government tax authority, public finance office, banks, CPA firms and other related companies;
6.参与为客户提供的财务及税务方面的临时性服务项目；
Participate in accounting and taxation services projects for clients;
7.配合业务发展部门同事参与潜在客户会议，对公司提供的服务进行介绍；
Coordinate with BD colleague to attend meeting with the potential clients and present company services;
8.公司安排的其他工作。

职位要求
Position requirements
1.会计或税务专业，本科或本科以上学历；
Bachelor/above degree, major in accounting or taxation;
2.5年全职外资企业会计工作经验，有会计外包相关经验者优先；
5 years full-time accounting experiences in foreign company, accounting service experiences will be a plus;
3.熟悉中国会计和税务操作流程及要求，取得CPA或ACCA证书者优先；
Familiar with PRC accounting/taxation system and requirements, CPA or ACCA is a plus;
4.精通中国会计准则和中国税法；
Excellent in Chinese GAAP, IFRS, China tax law;
5.熟悉微软办公软件，熟悉各种不同会计软件操作者优先；
Familiar with of MS Office, good knowledge of different accounting software will be a plus;
6.出色的普通话,和英文的口头和书面沟通能力；
Excellent oral and written communication ability in Mandarin and English;
7.具备优秀的分析、沟通以及人际关系能力，愿意与客户进行沟通。
Excellent analysis, communication and interpersonal skills, willing to communicate with clients.
