职位概要：
？ 管理生产活动中的各种活动和资源，以达到公司对成本控制、产品数量以及质量等方面的要求
工作内容：
？ 根据生产加工流程和技术要求确定所需人员的资格条件、工作步骤，分配工作任务；
？ 分析市场供应状况，对目前及未来的供应情况进行预测，完成相关分析报告；
？ 与研发部门密切合作开发新产品，革新技术和工艺流程以及改进产品质量；
？ 制定与实施库存计划和生产成本控制计划；
？ 主持与供应商的价格谈判；
？ 编制部门预算，审批部门工作各个环节的费用；
？ 协调制定维修、改造生产设施和设备的工作制度和工作流程；
？ 主持部门员工的任用、培训和考核等各项工作。
教育：
？ 生产管理或理工科相关专业本科以上学历
技能：
？ 熟悉公司生产的工艺工序、工作原理；
？ 熟练掌握公司产品及生产工艺技术应用方面的知识；
？ 系统掌握管理知识技能；
？ 熟练操作办公软件；
？ 具备较强的中英文口头及书面沟通能力和商务洽谈能力。
经验：
？ 5年以上生产作业管理工作经验
