Position Focus:
Design, develop, market and sell new textile products to key strategic OEMs globally.

Handover robust fit for purpose products to manufacturing. 实现新产品样件到生产的移交
Ensure fabric meets OEM specifications. 保证面料满足各主机厂的技术要求

Management Scope:
Directly Responsible for coaching and mentoring 1 Engineer. 直接负责1名工程师
Key Co-ordinator of OEM cell (Design and Test Engineer whilst not direct reports should take lead from Senior Engineer) OEM单元的主要协调人（设计师和测试工程师不直接汇报给高级工程师但需要接受安排）

Education:
Either Bachelor degree major in textiles, engineering or science.纺织、工程、科学技术方面的本科学历
Or minimum of 5 years experience in Automotive Textile manufacturing. 或5年以上汽车面料工作经验

Experience:
5 years minimum experience in Automotive or Textile related industry. 5年以上汽车纺织品相关行业工作经验

Job responsibility:
Lead the allocated OEM cell. 主管分配的OEM单元
Visit customer as applicable. 适当的客户拜访
Understand OEM specification in detail. 熟悉主机厂的技术要求
Ensure product passes OEM test specifications. 确保产品符合主机厂的测试要求
Submit test packs to OEM for sign off. 向主机厂提交测试报告
Plan and schedule trials to meet customer deadlines.按照客户的时间要求安排试样
Select optimum Raw Materials and Process Route for all samples and subsequent production
挑选原材料和流程
Develop robust fit for purpose products to handover to manufacturing.样品移交
Run 5 production batches pre-launch with Technical Manufacturing present.
协助生产技术做5个批次的试生产
Write SOP for production.
起草生产用的SOP
Create Handover pack for production.
准备移交资料
Acquire in depth knowledge of all process areas深入了解各道工序
- Warping, Weaving, Knitting, Dyeing, Finishing and Lamination.

Coach, mentor, train Engineers – goal is to create the Senior Engineers of the future.
