Job Description
Technology Consulting professionals are responsible for delivering technology innovation and providing the backbone of our systems integration business.

Portal Consultant professionals develop and deliver solutions for harvesting the value and extending the life of clients' existing IT assets in order to decrease costs, improve business flexibility and stability and respond to changing business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
? Driving, supervising and reviewing technology diagnosis and assessment activities
? Identifying opportunities for technology-related improvement based on benchmark data and doing high-level cost benefit analysis
? Developing a high level design which supports a robust technology solution, taking into account the user requirements, technical requirements, etc.
? Driving technology architecture and infrastructure design activities
? Reviewing and supervising design components
? Developing design and transition approaches
? Driving and supervising technology build, test and deployment activities
? Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and supporting application development

Professional Skill Requirements
?Experiences with Portal architecture design and application development
?Hands on experiences in Portal software, such as Oracle WebCenter, Liferay Portal
?Specialized skills in one or more areas:
- Portal development (e.g. WebCenter, Liferay)
- J2EE, JavaScript technologies etc.
- Oracle development framework (ADF, JDeveloper)
- RIA technology (HTML5, EXT etc.)
- Portal implement based ESB and BPM
- Familiar with Oracle SOA vendor products, consist of OSB, BPM
- Portal/Content Management/Document Management
- Other major enterprise level business applications and technologies
?3-5 Years industry Knowledge (preferable in Res., Prod, and PS)
?Experience with business requirements analysis and business value proposition
?Experience with large IT transformation program and project management is preferable
? Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
? Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
? Desire to work in an information systems environment
? Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
? Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable

软件测试：功能和性能测试、测试数据管理服务、测试执行和验证
基础架构：数据库管理、系统集成
