Main Responsibilities/工作职责
？ 日常质量维持Maintain the daily quality control
1. 负责取样，测试并放行所有中间体。
Sample, test and release all bulk products.
2. 负责生产的日常控制及检查，做好首检及巡检工作，解决相关质量问题。
Perform in process control for all production steps. Solute quality issues during production process.
3. 负责成品的留样及登记，定期对留样进行整理。
Remain and register the retention sample of the finished products timely.
4. 负责检查复核部分的生产过程记录。
Check and review the records of production processes.
5. 依照生产计划进行批记录的发放、审核和监控。
Dispense, audit, monitor the batch records according to the plan.
6. 环境监控：负责对生产员工和生产环境进行卫生监督，确保生产过程符合有关程序及标准的要求。
Monitor environment: Sanitary Control of operators and production environment, assuring the production process be consistent with the require of SOP or process.

？ 质量改进Quality betterments
1. 过程统计, 找出问题原因
Process statistic to analyze the cause of problem
A.协助QC分析师对半成品、成品质量问题进行统计分析。
Help QC analysis engineers to statistic and analyze the problem of bulk and finish goods.
B.进行所有偏差及原因的调查，确保实施有效的纠正措施.
Investigate the warps and disqualification assuring the effective correction steps to be implemented.
2. 协同各部门寻找可能影响质量的原因并解决发现的问题，降低产品的不合格率。
Search the possible influence of quality cooperating with other departments and solve the found problems to reduce the disqualification rate.

？ 培训Training
1. 接受相关工作培训。
Accept the correlative job training
2. 对其它部门或人员作培训。
Train other operators in Production Department.

？ 部门协作Department cooperation
1. 协助PD部门进行试生产的取样及检验。
Help PD department to sample and test the trial.

Qualification & Experience/职位要求
？ 2-3年相关经历
？ 熟练掌握电脑
？ 能够倒班

Education & Language/学历及语言要求
？ Bachelor Degree 本科
？ Have a good command of English. 熟练掌握英语
