Key Responsibilities (in order of importance)：
? Maintain customer’s seasonal timeline/program/ products we offer.
? Responsible the customer’s forecast in forecast system and coordinates the communication between Gore plant and customers.
? Quote the product price, product information to the customers.
? Proceed sampling and color development
? Responsible the order entry process.
? Manage the whole supply chain and shipping process chain.
? Receive and respond to customer/factory inquiries.
? Payment follow up and mange V.A.T invoice process.
? Manage the quality claim process.
? Liaison the problems on product, forecast and be a problem solver.
? Build strong customer relationship

Requirments:
? 4 Year College/University graduate with Bachelor Degree
? At least 5years experiences in multinational manufacturing environment, specialize in sales operation support or customer services
? Provide full set of customer services package – from enquiries, quotation, order receipt, order entry, manufacturing plant liaison, payment and shipment
? Knowledge & experience at ERP system
? Mature and stable
? Enjoy team work, inspired by operational excellence and customer satisfaction maximization
? Proactive attitude
? Responsible for commitment
