职位描述

Purpose

Primary responsibility is Area Lead for BIS as an active conduit for business and service requirements and issues. Reporting into the Regional Business Partner, the role exists to ensure that local business needs and requirements are properly addressed through the BIS services and functional and business process models operated by BIS. The Position holds responsibility for the linkage between local business needs and BIS by facilitating effective communication, planning and decision-making pathways.

Key Responsibilities

1. Account Coverage: Develop and maintain a positive perception of BIS, it's people and it's services through focused account support. Outcomes: Approved area coverage map; Local account co-ordination in place; Elimination of 'noise' from local business leaders; Regular local performance reviews as appropriate
2. Project Support: Provide bi-directional awareness of project risks & issues from a BIS and customer perspective. Outcomes: Participation in business impacting projects within jurisdiction; Direct engagement on locally sensitive projects; Risks and Issues communicated across GAT
3. Service Support: Act as the primary escalation point for any service issues arising within jurisdiction. Outcomes: Tight alignment with Service Managers and Regional IS Manager; Process to engage 'SWAT' teams for hot-spot issues including local strategic vendors
4. Communications: Consistency of message within a division is paramount to how BIS are perceived. Therefore the co-ordination of key content must be managed carefully and effectively. Outcomes: Geographic execution of DBP's comms plan; Process and rhythm for local BIS and customer comms in place; Input process in place from local customers
5. Customer Satisfaction: Own the responsibility for ensuring Customer Satisfaction is measured, reviewed and improved for your sites. Outcomes: CSAT programme execution as it relates to local business leaders; Improvement plan embedded in Account Plan; Systemic Customer Feedback processes
6. Customer Intimacy: Develop a strong network of contacts at multiple locations to help embed and evolve the BIS services more effectively. Outcomes: Detail knowledge of local customer processes; Local business leader coverage map; Detail knowledge of service consumption
7. Relationship Leadership: This is the Primary responsibility of the role, to ensure BIS interests are represented locally and customers regional interests are represented within BIS. Outcomes: Strong acumen of business & geo-political knowledge; Natural 'go to' person

Key Skills and Experience

1. An extended track record of success in major shared-service leadership roles, in large, complex multinational businesses, ideally in the manufacturing sectors
2. Experience in managing strategic customer relationships, understanding business imperatives, shaping service and solutions propositions and negotiating win-win outcomes
3. Ability to quickly build relationships and establish credibility across the shared service function and with business leaders
Able to operate within and across a matrix aligned team and shape change and improvement programmes
4. Broad business success in multiple disciplines (Finance, HR, IT, Procurement) through improved service delivery models
Working in consulting-type roles and consulting organisations
