BUSINESS TITLE:Manager, Lifetime Support Services
REPORT TO:Vise President, Lifetime Support Services
WORK LOCATION:Jiading,Shanghai
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Strong focus on safety is a must, in planning and implementing aftermarket systems and processes in line with Sandvik's OH&S policies, procedures and objective at all times. Ensure that safety leadership initiatives are actively and consistently implemented.
2.Ensure the consistent implementation of key strategic and operational objectives. This includes Technical Support Desks (TSDs), Component program development; lifecycle costing and reliability initiatives; new product development (NPD) projects and participation; documentation standards and initiatives.
3.Responsible for the management and development of the Lifetime Support resources as well as the identification and development of key talent.
4.Ensure the creation of lifetime POC operating cost models for every active high volume model.
5.Responsible for the consistent development of supporting roles and structure across the operational site.
6.Build solid relationships across departmental lines.
7.Support the commercialization of component programs and proprietary parts pricing.
8.Bring a 'best practice' approach across the operation when it comes to operational standards, implementations, metrics, roles, and performance reporting.

REQUIREMENTS:
1.Majoring in mechanical engineering, electric and mechanical background
2.More than 5 years' experiences in mechanical engineering industry
3.Very good English in reading and writing
5.Ability to work as part of an integrated, broad team
6.Good communication skill
7.Computer systems literacy is essential
