S&PD SUPERVISOR 包装辅料开发及采购生产主管

Sample evaluation across all business activities and accounts

Sample submission process management & coordination

Communication with all internal & external partners

New process training communication

Sample and suppliers performance data management

Liaison with QC team on all activities and reports

Provision of technical support to SHO business teams

Central hub for customer process requirements and ensuring standards are met.

Evaluating packaging samples and products based on internal and external standards
Ensuring staff follow proper procedures and best practices in the most effective manner possible
Continually looking for ways to proactively improve the performance and drive r-pac advantage

Skills/Qualifications:

Skilled in quality control and supplier management.

Strong communication skills and ability to drive positive approach to production/submission challenges

2-3 years experience within packaging industry or related position

Knowledge of color management procedures and quality management

Packaging production and/or engineering knowledge will be the best.

Strong ability to analyze data and present findings support by solution

Ability to communicate in Mandarin & English (written & reading must, and oral preferred)

Education/Experience:

Printing & packaging college graduate preferred.

Duties：
1.制定采购策略，开发与管理供应商。
Develop sourcing strategy and drive to develop suppliers.
2.严格控制采购成本,保证产品质量合格，准时交货。
Cost down and make sure products delivered on time with the right quality.
3.对供应商进行考核与管理,与供应商建立长期持久的合作关系。
Monitor and rate vendor performance. Develop long-team relationship with suppliers in win-win situations.

Responsibility:
1.３年以上印刷包装行业或是服装辅料类产品采购经验，大专以上学历。
Colledge degree and above. With ３ yrs' working experiences of sourcing in printing & packaging or garment trim such woven label, printing label, heat transfer, ribbon,packaging industry.
2.了解印刷包装产品及服装辅料类质量控制流程，熟悉国内印刷包装/服装辅料类企业状况，对彩盒，瓦楞产品，标签，吊牌,织唛,印唛,热转印标等等产品市场相当了解。
Understand packaging products like color boxes, corrugaed cartons, hangtags and lable. Know and familiar with quality control process. Have good resources of packaging suppliers.
3.良好的沟通、谈判能力及组织管理能力.
Good negotiation and communication skills. Well-organized and is strong in supply management.
4.英文读、写流利
Good reading and written English.
5.适应经常出差
Can travel very often.
