3、参与公司重大经济合同的签约与谈判，起草合同、审查合同
4、参与公司经济、民事、行政等诉讼与非诉讼活动；
5、完成总经理交给的其他事务性工作
职位要求：
1、形象气质佳
2、良好的人际交往能力、组织协调能力、沟通能力及解决复杂问题的能力；学习能力强
3、有较强的文字功底，能熟练操作PPT
4、有较强的英语听说读写能力优先
