工作职责Key Responsibilities
1. 根据缺陷零件通知（CKD，国产零件），对零件进行判定（包括目视和送检）、隔离、标识。Judge, isolate and identify the parts (visual and testing) according to the defective parts notice (CKD, local parts).
2. 在SAP中进行缺陷零件物料处理（转移、停用、报废等）
Move the defective parts (shift, outage, scrap, etc.) in SAP.
3. 制作抱怨文档，详细描述缺陷状态和报告（包括视频，图片，测量/装配报告等），提供给SQE协助进行索赔和供应商管理
Create complaint documents, describe defect status and reports in detail (video, pictures, measuring/assembling reports, etc.), and support SQE to issue claims, and manage suppliers.
4. 针对物流过程中出现的损伤零件，及时向保险公司索赔,并准备索赔材料（包括照片，运单等）
For the parts damaged in the logistics process, timely issue claims to the insurance company and prepare the claim materials (including pictures and logistic notice).
5. 取得赔偿确认后（包括SQE，保险公司等）对缺陷零件进行报废处置。
Scrap defective parts after the identification of claims (SQE, insurance company).
6. 汇总入库零件质量数据并提交（月度报告）Summarize the incoming parts quality data and submit it (monthly report).

计算机应用水平Computer 熟悉MS Office SAP质量模块基本操作
Familiar with MS Office and basic operation on SAP quality module
