Responsibilities:
? Be responsible for the process setup and the optimization of blowmolding/ injection molding, post-cooling, welding and any other process step during samplings of injection & blow molded products
? Support the Manager Trials and Sampling in defining appropriate sampling objectives, schedules and process flow charts
? Interact with the plants, Program Management team and Advanced Manufacturing to ensure that all actions are initiated and executed in time
? Optimize the process to meet the CAR assumptions and has to participate the full trial run in the assigned sampling location to ensure a sufficient process flow and an adequate process documentation
? Prepare and participate tooling and equipment sign-offs, a kick-off meeting and an after action review per sampling
Experience:
? Technical apprenticeship or technical university degree
? First work experience in an automated high volume manufacturing environment (automotive preferred)
? First international experience
? Basic knowledge in blow molding, injection molding and process engineering
? First experience with pneumatic, hydraulic and electric systems
? English - fluent in written and spoken
