职位描述：
1、为角色制作动画，包括面部表情、附件、道具动画；
2、展现物体正确合理的运动效果，赋予角色生命力。
职位要求：
1、大专以上学历，热爱CG动画制作，对动画富有激情，善于交流和分享资源；
2、了解人类、四足及各种物体的运动规律；
3、熟练操作maya、max软件，熟悉绑定;
4、有一定美术基础者优先，
5、对构图有良好的把握，参与过二部以上CG宣传片并有二年以上影视动画经验优先；
6、上进心强，善于沟通，有团队合作精神，为人真诚踏实不浮躁，能够承受一定的工作压力。

游戏动画艺术家
职位描述：
1、为角色制作动画，包括面部表情、附件、道具动画；
2、展现物体正确合理的运动效果，赋予角色生命力。
职位要求：
1、美术、设计、动画制作相关教育背景，热爱游戏动画制作，对游戏富有激情；
2、熟练使用3DMAX，MAYA进行角色骨骼和绑定及动画制作，具备建立角色个性、创作流畅运动、自然动作和故事性情节的能力，对运动规律有深入理解，并熟练掌握包括动物和人物动作的节奏。
3、善于游戏中角色与各类怪物动作的设计与制作，善于设计个性且漂亮的打斗动作，精通镜头运动、角色动画和物体运动。
4、有良好的动作设计概念，对人物及不同生物的运动规律有一定的了解，同时具备对重力、平衡、动态、空间、结构问题的处理能力。
5、能同时在多种艺术风格环境下工作，并且保证项目全程的正确艺术风格。
8、会MontionBulder者优先。
6、热情、积极并富有沟通技巧和团队精神。有能力快速学习工作相关新知识。习惯按照日程工作，以最终完成日期为导向，能不断调整工作优先级以完成多项任务。保持对项目状况变化的高度敏感并且善于发现问题和把握机会。
