Responsibilities

· Smooth and timely support on product launches compliant with internal standards and external regulatory requirements

· Quality execution of sales and marketing programs according to pre-defined timeline

· To assist the department heads to fulfill compliance requirement for Consumer Banking and perform administrative work of the departments

· Support or lead service enhancement projects (depend of project scope) in collaboration with system and operations team and ensure full compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements

· Provide service expertise to front-line staff in handling customer feedbacks related to QDII structured notes businesses

· Execute and review marketing campaigns to achieve business targets

Requirements

· At least 2 years’ relevant experience in bank and possess good understanding of investment products, especially on QDII.

· Have good communication skills

· Can work independently with minimal supervision

· Can lead small-scale projects

· Be efficient and responsive

· Good data analytical skills

· Good knowledge of using MS-Excel

· Knowledge of campaign development and product launch process
