Responsibilities

• Develop marketing plan, call on target customers, negotiate and structure new deals
• Evaluate and assess additional exposure to new relationships as well as existing relationships. Monitor the continuing risk and conduct reviews
• Maximize return from the relationship profile by cross selling and promoting the products and services of the Bank
• Perform timely facility documentation and administration, ensuring adherence to prevailing laws and banking regulations. Servicing customers and attend to their banking requirements

Requirements

• University graduate with major in either Banking, Finance or Accounting
• At least 6 years of relationship management experience in commercial lending
• Good risk assessment skills and sound products & industry knowledge
• Familiar with China policies and regulations
• Experience in cross selling investment banking products
