Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for enhancing brand awareness for Monster brand in PRC market;

2. Formulate marketing communication activities and brand building program including above-the-line and below-the-line to drive the business;

3. Supervise the vendors or agencies to ensure quality delivery of work against time and budget assigned and maintain good business relationship;

4. Plan and control the marketing campaign expense;

5. Work with internal Sales team and external agencies on the marketing campaigns;

6. Prepare annual, quarterly, monthly marketing plan and report for management review if needed;

7. Explore and cultivate new channels to reach selected target segments from joint promotions or partnership;

8. Coordinate with sales channel in sales training/briefing of program and product launch;

Requirements:

1. Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or related disciplines;

2. Minimum 5 years relevant experience in marketing communications, advertising, public relations and/or event management, preferably in consumer electronic industry;

3. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, negotiation and communications skills;

4. Creative, flexible and adaptable in a dynamic and fast paced environment;

5. Able to work independently and to work under pressure;

6. True team player with a strong sense of initiative and a “can do" attitude;

7. Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, and fluency in Mandarin is an advantage;

Monster Cable Products, Inc. was founded in 1979 by Noel Lee, who was then a laser-fusion design engineer at Lawrence-Livermore Laboratory, as well as an audiophile and professional drummer.
