JOB TITLE: Facility Support

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:


ASSIGNMENTS:

? In charge of facility equipment maintenance / service
? Coordinate all facility maintenance tasks
? Coordinate service operations, internal / external
? Support in mechanical / electrical / pneumatic issues
? Take corrective and preventative actions towards nonconformance
? Maintain facility equipment instructions, manuals and service records



KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs):



KNOWLEDGE AND PROVEN EXPERIENCE
? Major in Mechanical or Electrical
? Good knowledge in heating, ventilating and air-conditioning systems
? Experienced with building management systems
? Minimum 5 years working experience with facility maintenance systems
? Good command in English is a plus


MOTIVATION AND CAPABILITIES/SKILLS:
? Sense of responsibility, urgency and keen to learn
? Takes initiatives and responsibility in own work
? Good communication skills

IKEA Test Lab & Training Centre (ITTC) is located in Fengxian district of Shanghai, one hour away from IKEA Shanghai Xu Hui store. Combined with a training centre for IKEA suppliers as well as our own co-workers, ITTC is the first IKEA owned test lab outside Sweden.
We provide top competence in various areas and the needed test capacity to achieve our high goals for quality, healthy and safe products for our customers. We are working towards to be the most complete IKEA lab, concentrate on supporting all IKEA suppliers and in this way support the IKEA business growth.
