Position Summary:

Event Planning: Develop and implement trade shows and customer events including booth design, focus products, staffing, costs
Marketing event expense control: Help to control the process for company's marketing expense planning, budgeting and spending
Marketing collateral: Develop and manage product and clinical marketing material including brochures, catalogs, demonstration guides, website
Branding: Develop and maintain co. brands of global and local trademarks, logos, taglines, product packaging
Corporate communications: create and publish monthly internal and external newsletter; organize annual kick-off meeting

Trade shows
organize national/provincial/specialty medical trade show, exhibitions budget and staffing
- work with product marketing and division mangers to establish trade show objectives and messaging
Marketing collateral
Coordinate brochure design and production company
Design ordering and collateral distribution process
Follow corporate branding guidelines
Website
Qualify and Select website production vendors
Work with product management to fulfill content requirements
Work with IS to ensure system compliance and integrity
Direct marketing
-create various direct marketing programs focus on all level three hospitals

Requirement:

-Strong team work and interpersonal skills
-Be creative and proactive
-Good spoken and written English skills required
-Working knowledge of MS Office
