Profession qualification:

At least 3 years of purchasing experience in construction & engineering industry or interior design material environment
3年以上建筑工程项目或室内装饰材料岗位采购经验。
Understand CAD drawing and other construction engineering documents with construction engineering background
具有建筑工程背景，能读懂CAD图纸及项目资料
Knowledge of material standard, qualities and marketing structure of materials is necessary
熟悉建筑材料的用途、材质、特性标准、供应市场结构
Strong commercial sense with outstanding negotiation skill and excellent communicate of English both in written & oral
优秀的谈判技巧和商业谈判能力,熟练的英文口头沟通能力和书写表达能力。
Clear mind in work arrangement and strong analysis ability in relevant industry

Responsibility:

1. Select and recommend material for construction project or design plan. Deeply involve in optimization of construction or interior design
根据建筑项目或设计方案，负责物资筛选和推荐，参与物资建设或设计深化
2. Manage day-to-day purchasing functions such as developing, quality control, RFQ, quotation, negotiation, and contract/PO signing, cost control, payment, warranty.
在不同项目中，开展采购部日常工作，包括供应商开放、资质审核、询价、商务谈判、合同签订等一系列采购任务。
3. Payment attention to material marketing and make main contribution to the cost control and improvement of raw material
关注建材市场动态，确保采购价格和品质的合理性
4. Improve and optimize supplier data base
建立供应商管理库，完善基础信息
5. Responsibility for delivery to warehouse safety timely and compliance with defined quality standards.
确保物料的及时送达仓库，符合公司质量验收标准。
6. Work closely with related department to ensure requirement of raw material high quality and improvement of our product efficiency.
及时与需求部门沟通，确保采购物料的质量符合要求，通过物料质量的优化，帮助需求部门优化公司产品，以帮助公司为客户提供更优质的产品。
7. Compliance with procedure and policy to ensure integrity and professionalism of the whole supply chain process.
遵循采购流程和制度，确保采购工作全过程的廉正和专业。
8. Develop skill and expertise to support growth for new products and projects.
善于学习新知识，以备不断增长的新产品和新项目的采购需求。
