职位描述:

· 维护应用测试系统的正常测试，负责公司新品从工程验证到批量生产的导入；

· 负责产品电气特性测试、可靠性测试；

· 负责收集、统计FT测试数据,不断改善产品的成品率；

· 负责测试车间设备的日常维护、维修和校验。

职位需求

• 微电子或电子专业本科学历；
• 对电子产品或集成电路的设计、晶圆制造、封装测试有一定的了解；
• 熟悉V83000,93000测试设备和EPSON 8020的操作、保养和维修；
• 至少两年导体行业工作经验，有测试厂设备工作经验优先；
• 熟练的英语读写能力；
• 良好的团队协作能力和沟通能力；

Job Description:

1. Maintain application test system work normally,
2. New production introduction from engineer lot to mass production.
3. Final test data analysis to improve the yield continuously.
4. Work on the reliability test
5. Responsible for maintenance and calibration of tester and handler.

Requirements:

1. BS of Electrical Engineering with at least one year relevant experience.
2. Familiar with IC design, wafer processing and assembly.
3. Familiar with maintenance and calibration of V83000, V93000, EPSON handler.
4. Equipment engineer of testing house would prefer.
5. Fluent English read and write ability.
6. Integrity, teamwork, perfection.

Chrontel designs, develops and markets semiconductors which enable personal computing platforms to transmit visual information to a variety of display devices, such as televisions and flat panel monitors.
