job content:
1.Develop and implement scouring strategy for the category of interlining Finished Goods.
2.Manage all sourcing of finished goods (internal ,form Group or form 3rd party suppliers)
-Participate in negotiations of price ,payment term and other delivery-related terms to achieve productivity,working captial and delivery results.
-onging commercial management of source /supplier relations.
-- Keep full documentation for all Sources (incl. Supplier profiles)
-- Assist in supplier quality management by working with related departments
3.Fulfill the KPI goals / target being set up by the supervisor. Communicate performance results on a scheduled basi
4.Continually scout for and develop new 3rd party suppliers and assist in supplier quality assessment & audit of identified suppliers
5.Define and drive cost saving initiatives in all areas of sourcing , inc. by scouting innovative product, material and technology
6Supplier performance monitoring (inc. supply risk mitigation)
- Regular visits and meetings with the incumbent suppliers to maintain an updated status of their production , capability, capacity.
- Foresee and report any potential supply risk.
- Support claim in accordance with terms and conditions. Take action when necessary to remedy unsatisfactory performance
- Communicate regularly to internal stakeholders on the overall supplier performance
- Follow up with suppliers and encourage holistic and sustainable improvements
7.Support and follow up on new product and sample developments
8.Support implementation of common process \ system [if any], and other supply chain initiatives as required
9.Maintain an updated and detailed knowledge of supplier cost drivers based on the commodity market
10.Other duties or specific projects being assigned by the supervisor
requriment:
-Over 5 years of professional experience in textiles, garment, or related industries
-Previous experience in Interlining industry is a big plus, with solid experience in Interlining production process, product development, product quality and cost.
-Extensive Knowledge in sourcing of Interlining or textile products in China and Asia
-Experience with supplier negotiations
Solid sourcing experience
Good negotiation skills
Good in English reading & writing; Good computer skills.
High degree of Integrity
Knowledge of Nonwovens, Woven/Knitted, Shirt, Fibers, Adhesives, Specialities

Extensive travel within China and occasionally other parts of Asia is required
College graduate or above
Preferably with an educational background in textile\garment engineering or related
