Energy Efficiency - Mobility - Security - INFINEON

Backend

The back-end segments Sensors, Chip Card and Chip Embedding allow the development of cross-collaborative innovations over the entire value chain from chip production to wafer testing, preassembly, package design and the development of new materials.

In your new role you will:

• Reliability test system set up and release including tester, fixture, program.
• Test result verification and disposition.
• Reliability test process opitmization and improvement.
• Reliability test equipment maintenance and problem solving.
• Alignment and prioritization of Test Package Release with LVP and feedback Feasibility Check result.
• Any other work assigned by manager.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor degree, major in electronic engineering or relevant.
• At least 5 years working experience, solid product testing and reliability engineering knowledge.
• Good knowledge and experience in electronics and semiconductor.
• Good analytic and problem solving skill, strong data analysis skill and self initiatives.
• Good communication skills.
• Independent working and performance-oriented.
• Good oral and written English.
• Good skill in MS office.
