职位描述
Key Deliverables:
1,Supervise the daily operation of the customer service team including order receipt, product allocation, and sales order dispatch to the logistics team.
2,Establish and maintain KPI data such as OTIF, perfect order, customer complaints, and forecast accuracy. Summarize this data on a monthly basis and utilize it to identify key issues and areas needing improvement.
3,Manage the customer service team to engage with customers' employees closer to the operational level and provide useful customer information to the sales team for competitive advantage.
4,Establish and maintain an effective system for collecting both short and long term demand from customers with effective support from the sales team.
5,Communicate demand requirements with the planning function. Balance safety stock requirements and service levels to minimize stock levels while meeting or exceeding targeted service levels.
6,Deliver value added customer service programs to selected key customers.
7,Manage the overall customer complaint process to ensure each complaint is effectively investigated and clear, accurate feedback is given to the customer.
8,Work with internal departments to improve the work efficiency, such as finance for dealing with invoicing and collection issues and logistics for order dispatch and distribution.
Requirement:
1, Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree required as a minimum.
2, People Management - Minimum 5 years working experience in related customer service function, supervisory experience preferred
3, Language – fluent in both English and Mandarin
4, Functional Excellence - ERP system experience a must, SAP experience a plus. Good Excel skills, Access skills a plus.
5, Customer Focus – always takes actions to meet or exceed customers’ expectations while at the same time trying to take the right actions for the business
6, Conflict Management - Excellent communications skills. Ability to embrace conflict and find positive solutions.
