Responsiblities任职要求:
1.Annual LSS training plan initiative in accordance with unit action and improvement needs, training performing as planned and regular follow up together with project schedule.
根据工厂的年度行动和改善需求制定精益六西格玛培训计划，按照计划实施培训并定期跟踪培训和项目的进展状况。
2.Monthly 5S inspection and evaluation (SHA plant) for monthly VP rating, driven continuous improvement of 5S in certain area and/or workshop.
嘉定工厂月度5S检查及考核, 通过特定的样板区域实施5S的持续改善
3.SHA Continuous Improvement Suggestion System (CISS), including suggestion collection, improvement implementation follow-up, employee point management, and publish monthly communication poster by email and paper post in workshop.
嘉定工厂持续改善建议系统（CISS），包括建议的收集、改善措施的跟进、员工积分管理及每月发布员工积分及改善报告（邮件及海报形式张贴于现场）
4.Internal LSS improvement projects coordination and follow up by working with LSS specialist for project review meeting
协助ＬＳＳ专员组织定期的项目会议，　以协调并跟踪内部精益六西格玛项目。
5.Jiading Newsletter management, including article collection, translation etc.
嘉定简报管理，包括文章收集、翻译等。
6.Design and compile weekly email express, including improvement project results share, training information share, etc.
每周设计和编制邮件形式简报，内容包含改善项目成果分享，培训信息分享等。
7.LSS bulletin boards management. Update LSS related information in bulletin board including training, projects information, LSS activities, etc.
LSS公告栏管理，定期更新LSS公告栏，内容包括LSS相关培训、项目及活动信息等。
8.Other internal communication & coordination work.
其他内部沟通及协调工作。

Qualifications任职要求：
1. College degree or above; 1 year or more working experience;
大专以上学历，1年以上相关工作经验
2. Good communication skills, fluent in English is preferred;
良好的沟通能力，英语流利者优先
3. Coordination and/or organization skills among matrix organization;
具备矩阵式机构协调能力
4. Capability and willing to learn and sharing, open-minded to new ideas and knowledge;
善于学习、分享和接受新事物
5. Experience in Lean production and/or Knowledge in project management is preferred.
有精益生产经验或项目管理经验者优先
