Primary Responsibilities主要职责:

The senior financial analyst provides direction and assistance to work group in order to meet assigned objectives. In this role you will work within defined parameters to make decisions, apply concepts to issues of moderate complexity, and resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning.

?Cordinate with multiple functions, gather data, consolidate the financial data and provide a company wise view on operating plan for leadership to review in the annual planning cycle.
?Work on monthly closing; provide financial reports to the management regulary. Understand the management’s requirement on data visibility, and build up and maintain regular scorecard and reports with analysises accordingly
?Use experience and knowledge of line of business and trends to determine materiality of variances in the analysis and reporting process
?Understand the business risks and opportunities from finance perspective to sharpen the operational analsysis for decision making.
?Translate buisness proposals to financal models; develop customized financial models to assess the feasibilities of the strategic and commercial projects; maintain the financial model according to the change of the assumptions
?Ad-hoc analysis and suppoort as identified or direct by the leadership (e.g. BOD meeting and other management review material preparation)
?Support projects to close controllership gaps or improve operational processes (e.g. inventory management, engineering material management, C919 execution financial visibility improvement)

Qualifications Required 基本要求:

?Majored in accounting or finance
?At least 3 years experiences in financial planing and analysis
?Familiarity with General Accepted Accounting Principles(GAAP), Government Accounting Practices and project accounting approaches
?Strong oral and written in English
?Strong interpersonal and communication skills
?Ability to anticipate, identify, and resolve complex financial issues
?PC/Excel proficiency

?CPA, ACCA preferred
