职位描述：
1. 完善采购工作流程和采购管理制度并组织实施。
Set up the standard purchasing process and rules. Implement them and continuously improve them.
2. 负责供应商的选择、评价、动态管理，建立合格供应商档案，负责对供应商的月度评审。
Select, audit, and manage suppliers, build the data and files for qualified suppliers. Evaluate the key suppliers’ performance in a monthly basis.
3. 组织与供应商的谈判，以获得有竞争力的价格、质量和服务，有效控制潜在的供应链管理风险。
Negotiate with suppliers, to get the competitive price, reliable quality and good payment term, and effectively control the potential supply chain management risk.
4. 负责控制采购全过程，以满足公司和客户对采购商品的质量、价格、交货期的要求。
Be responsible for the entire purchasing process of raw material, to meet MWR & customers’ requirements of quality, price, and delivery.
5、与公司的质量及研发团队协作，就质量及技术问题与供应商沟通、并解决。协助供应商建立质量管理制度，不断改进产品质量。
Work with our quality team & RD team, to communicate with suppliers on quality and technical issues and solve them. Support supplier to build the quality management system, and constantly improve the quality of product.
6. 与研发，销售部门定期开展新产品会议，每周与其他部门参加运营会议。
Work with R&D, sales department to do NPD meeting regularly. Work with other team for regular operational meeting.
7. 做好库存管理工作，控制库存
Do the inventory management, and control inventory.
8. 做好团队建设工作，培训员工
More team work, and training.
9. 与美国总部的供应链团队定期保持沟通，必要时需进行电话或视频会议；
Communicates with the supplier chain team in the USA headquarter by phone call or video conference on regular basis.
10. 完成总经理安排的其他工作；
Other work assigned by the General Manager.


任职资格：
供应链管理或理工科相关专业，本科及以上学历
Bachelor’s degree or above, In Supply chain management or related field of science & engineering
制造型企业5年以上供应链管理工作经验，8年以上的优先考虑
More than 5 years Suppiler management experience, 8years above is preferred
精通中文和英语的听说读写，熟悉MS Office软件,
Proficient Chinese and English communication skills, and familiar with MS office
有供应链管理工作经验优先考虑。
Work experience of supply chain.
