Job Description
- Builds and fosters strong and solid relationship with Customer
- Provide Voice of Customer to internal organization to better serve and meet the Customer needs
- Receive Customer forecast/ PO and work with Planner to acknowledge to Customer
- Ensure P/O terms are as per the pre-agreed sales contract term (e.g. unit price, freight terms, ordering lead time, payment term etc.). Work with SM to clarify any discrepancy in Customer forecast/ PO.
- Create SO and work with Warehouse team to ensure on-time shipment to Customer
- Track forecast accuracy, work with Planner if any upside/ downside and negotiate with Customer for the liability to clear Aging stock.
- Inform Warehouse team to prepare shipping documents based on delivery date for goods picking up
- Provide necessary shipment details to Customer for tracking
- Handle Return Material Authorizations (RMA) or any other issues with Customer
- Work with Customer to get on-time payment
- Timely responses to Customer’s urgent enquires
Qualifications / Capabilities:
? Independent, committed, responsible and positive working attitude
? Customer focus
? Able to work extended hours due to job and business nature
? Good communication skill in Chinese & English
? Degree / Diploma in engineering (preferably mechanical engineering)
? More than 4-7 years working experience preferably in Electronics industry
? Conduct ERP system skillfully
? Dedicated, target-oriented, high responsible
? Good team player
