Qualification / 资格
a. Critical Competency / 关键能力
■ Deep Knowledge of vehicle EE architecture, and experience of vehicle EE system development.
■ Deep knowledge of vehicle onboard network (CAN, LIN, CAN FD, and MOST), diagnose protocol (KWP2000, UDS).
■ Deep knowledge in EE system functionintegration and EE system test validation.
■ Knowledge in EE domain like: body electronics, drive assistant, safety electronics, infotainment electronics.
■ Knowledge of vehicle EE legal requirement, design guideline, standard.(ISO26262, AUTOSAR)
■ Knowledge in vehicle electronicscomponentdevelopment. Capability of creating system specification.
■ Knowledge of embedded system, software, hardware development process.
■ Good communication skills and Teamwork spirit.
■ Good organization and problem solving skills.
■ Fluently English and/or German and/or Chinese speaking and writing skills.
■ Be able to work overtime and willing to travel.

b. Required Education & Experience / 教育背景及工作经验
■ At least bachelor degree in automation, information technology, information engineering, electric automation,
■ At least 20 years related working experience in AutomobileElectrical / Electronic product development, or engineering company.
■ Experience of vehicle EE system development / Integration project.
■ Experience of EE Test & Validation: HIL testing, EE components test, Lab-car integration test, vehicle test.


C. Main Tasks & Responsibility主要任务和职责
Organization:
■ Give the training to EE team members, help to department manager to increase the team members.
■ Lead the EE technical capability creation, repair and create technical documents, specifications, design guidelines.
■ Help HR for candidate engineer technical skill assessment.
■ Brake down the work package to engineer, tracking working result, and lead the EE technical decision.
■ Responsible for the project technical quality of EE portions.
■ Follow company targets and strategy.
■ Help EE manager to create the long term targets of EE department, proposes and execute the strategy for implementation.
Sales:
■ Support sales team for technical discussion, to collect proper technical information from customer.
■ Support offer preparation activities of EE related technical proposal or statement of work scope.
Project execution
■ Lead engineering teams technically and / or with (sub-) project management responsibility.
■ Be assignment as technical leader of EE work scope.
■ Other tasks assigned by the superior.
