Overall Purpose of Job
AP IT Application Leader Business Analyst is a part of AP IT. This role is responsible for the management of the business demand / analysis and support of the AP business function application (e.g.
Sales /Purchase /Quality / HR / legal business process area) . This role must carry out post-implementation application support and maintenance services for China and other Asia Pacific sites
Major Responsibilities

1.Proactively
communicate with AP business process owners to collect / define the business demand for process improvement and automation.

2.Analysis the business demand and translate the business demand into IT proposal.

3.Develop, execute, and lead Implementation functional application projects with proper application implementation life cycle and comply with TRW Global IT standard

4.Ensure new function application related features and process are effectively integrated within
the business function to achieve maximum productivity.

5.Establish a standard configuration and control files set-up for all Asia-Pacific sites within TRW standard guidelines and SOX compliance.

6.Ensure business processes running on production system(s) are operating according to process design and in compliance with business procedures / controls.

7.Carry out post-implementation application support and maintenance services for Asia Pacific sites

8.Periodically review existing function application systems and business process for potential improvement.

Key Competencies
1.Recognized bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related discipline.

2.Demonstrated business process and application expertise in at least one of the following
areas: Sales / Purchase / Quality / HR.

3.Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Ability to identify business process owner’s needs and tailor solutions to meet user requirements.
4.Strong Project management skills.

5.Strong customer-focused attitude and ability to communicate at all levels from senior management to shop floor personnel.

6.Ability to work in a team.

Education & Work Experience
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related discipline, MBA is a plus
Language: Good command of written and spoken English.

Experience:

1.Minimum 6 years experience in support and/or implementation of function applications

2.Working experience in the area of manufacturing plant or consulting environment.
