1. 有强烈的责任心，具备优秀的职业素养；有良好的团队意识；工作积极主动，有良好的领悟力和理解沟通能力。

2. 美术、装饰设计或相关专业正规院校毕业；熟练使用Autocad/3dmax/photoshop等绘图软件。

3. 3年以上绘制施工图设计经验；熟悉施工工艺及技术规范。

4. 能参与项目施工现场的配合与交涉。

5. 有志向往设计师方面发展的。

Stuido MVW is a Shanghai based design office, established in 2006 by Xu Ming and Virginie Moriette, and specialized in architecture, interior and furniture designs.
