Major Responsibilities/主要职责
1. 针对所负责的区域制定工作规划以及销售战略,确保公司目标以及利润率的达成;
Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the assigned market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
2. 对于各自业务发展以及业绩负责;
Be responsible for own performance and development.
3. 准备个人行动计划以期对于销售趋势以及前景进行有效研究;
Prepare personal action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
4. 在国内销售经理的指导下,协助制定开拓新市场的行动方案;
Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets, as directed by GM, tHuman Resourcesough Manager-Domestic Saless if necessary.
5. 需要时对于市场规划的制定以及实施给予协助;
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
6. 关于业绩状况,及时给予高层反馈;
Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
7.对于所有潜在客户,提供及时的,准确的,有竞争力的报价,同时要努力确保利润最大化; Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin. 8.保留所有价格,销售以及活动相关的报告的记录;
Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports.
9.制作并且管理相关产品介绍以及报价方案;
Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses.
10.协助国内销售经理准备相关报价以及产品介绍;
Assist Manager-Domestic Saless in preparation of proposals and presentations.
11.花费控制在预算范围之内;
Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.
12. 遵循公司政策,流程以及商业道德准则;
Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
13.计划并实施董事会批准的预算,以达到成本控制的目的;
Plan and implement annual budget approved by the board for the sake of cost control
14.年底之前完成年终报告,并对公司业务发展提出建议;
Issue annual reports by the end of the year with recommendation for sales development
15.对部门年度培训计划给出建议,以达到员工发展的目的;
Recommend annual training plan for the sake of staff development
16.全力支持公司颁布的政策以及规章制度。
Give full cooperation and coordination to all policies and regulations issued by company

1.根据公司的SOP文件及规定为客户报价。

2.以公司的目标及销售原则为准则与客户进行销售订单或合同谈判。
Negotiate orders/contracts within company targets and guidelines
3.在销售经理的要求下根据公司与供应商的销售准则就年度供应合同与供应商协商谈判

4.如在谈判中对方不肯让步侵犯了公司的利益违反了销售经理的建议,销售有权停止谈判。Authority to stop incompliant operation across the company and advise Sales Manager of the infringement.
