MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责
1 根据公司SOP文件以及方针管理市场部门以及与公司其它部门通力协作;
Manage the company Marketing and co-ordinate with other departments according to company SOPs and guidelines.
2 对根据营销方案制定的软新闻传播计划落实的及时性和有效性负责;
Carry out PR and media campaigns duly and effectively according to marketing strategies.
3 对市场调研的数据内容的正确性负责;
Making sure the news press manuscript is correct.
4 对市场调研方案落实的及时性和有效性负责;
Carry out the advertisement campaigns duly and effectively.
5 对市场行业信息掌握的及时性和准确性负责;
Collect the marketing information duly and effectively.
6 有权对公司销售数据进行研究以及分析;
Authority to study and analyze sales data in the company.
7 有对市场资讯调查及收集的考核权;
Authority to assess for marketing information survey and collecting.
8 对公司营销方案以及相关内容提出建议权;
INVENTORY OF KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED FOR POSITION/任职资格
1 市场营销或者相关专业,学士(含)以上学位;
Major in Marketing or related field,with bachelor’s degree and above.
2 2年以上市场管理工作经验,对市场调研,营销数据分析,国外市场推广等方面实战经验;
2 years’ experience or above in Marketing management, with rich experience in market research, Data analysis, market promotion in export etc.
3 有较强的市场感知能力,敏锐地把握市场动态、市场方向的能力;
Having strong appreciation of marketing trends and ability to predict changes
4 具有较好的英语读写能力
Good overall English language skills.
5 可以适应出差工作。
Be willing to travel.
