Job Description
Work independantly at Jiading site to fulifill the routine C&B related tasks
Provide support to C&B team on probation / contract management, benefit admin and HR reporting/HRIS
* C&B routine admin work for Jiading site ( Fiat China and Fiat Powertrain )
* Probation/Contract management
* Help with benefit administration & policy Q&A
* HR reporting / HRIS data entry
Requirements
* smart / highly responsible / result-driven and detail oriented / strong personality
* bachelor degree / 1-2 years in C&B function
* good knowledge of C&B policy and practice, familiar with labor laws and regulations
* MS office proficiency / SAP exposure is a plus
* English as working language
* communication / problem-solving / sound judgement
