工作地点 嘉定 地铁11号线到嘉定北 +10分钟左右短驳班车
Task description:
- End User Support for customers in IT helpdesk function
- To work in team environment on all projects with IT Development & Support Team.
- To train and supply technical support to other members in the IT Support Team where required.
- Provide IT assistance to all internal global employees via web portal, phone, email & remote connection.
1) IT helpdesk:build the laptop,mapping network drivers and printer etc
2) Document: able to write down the procedures
3) Standby support: willing to work long hours
Qualifications:
1,"Technical knowledge of various Operation System,Network LAN,MS office
specialized IT - Fluent in spoken and written English"
2,Support general applications such as Microsoft apps, website access, Active Directory for user accounts, blackberry software and hardware,Lan print,IP phone,meeting AV system etc.
3,Best to be fairly flexible, in abilities and in terms of working hours as this job is quite often split into shifts
4,Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science with 1 2 years of working experience. Big foreign corporation experience is a plus.
5,Modest and Steady Positive,keeping a cool head and maintaining control;good Interpersonal skills
